Brock Isaac did a great job on the carpets, we had a coffee stain and pet dander/dirt/hair as well as with the couch. He was able to remove an unknown purple stain from the couch! I’m very particular about the products used in my home and I love the fact that they use green products and just water! We needed cat accidents treated and it was successful! Donovan was up front about expectations and costs, as well as best options for our situation. The young man sent to clean my carpet did a great job. He introduced himself on arrival, covered his shoes before entry and explained the process to clean my rug after checking for tough stains, etc. He was personable, polite, clean and professional. He explained in detail questions I had about cleaning, drying time and whether I could add a large area rug to my order if I needed it done right away. He explained it would be sent out for cleaning but returned and put back in place within a week. He called the office when making out my bill to see if a discount could be used. All was good including my conversations with the office when I talked to them. Delivery was on time by a professional and helpful gentleman. I am happy and would recommend this business.

Brock did a fantastic job. We were dealing with severe cat allergies and needed to remove dander from our home. Brock first did a thorough vacuuming using a specialty brush roller designed for fur removal. (which removed an unbelievable amount of cat fur after I had done what I thought was an exceptional vacuuming job myself!) then cleaned my carpets, sofa, side chair, and large microfiber lift chair. Then he applied a solution designed to suppress the dander. Looks and spells great. Plus he saw and pointed out a damaged place on a baseboard ( back in a corner, that I never see). A cat had urinated on it!On top of all this, my husband had a medical emergency a couple hours before Brock came. A friend let him in. (My friend tripped in front of my house, with fairly sever injuries, and was taken away in an ambulance!). Brock took everything in stride – read my instructions, called me to tell me what he was going to do, and kept me in the loop. He was just finishing when we got home. Everything was perfect!Brock is a good representation of your company.

On the day of service, the technician, Brock, called to let me know he was on his way. On arrival, Brock walked me through options to address a pet stain area in our family room and quickly got to work. The lingering smell is now gone and our carpet overall has a refreshed look! Everything about Pure Clean was professional from beginning to end. Customer service took the time over the phone to explain the services offered and scheduled a date that would work for us. The technician, Nathan Junkin, explained our options clearly and answered our questions satisfactorily. In terms of the work Nathan performed, he was efficient without being hurried. Ben was a miracle worker! I had a massive pet urine stain that I managed to make much worse in my attempt to clean it myself, and I thought it was a lost cause. Ben was extremely helpful explaining how I can treat these types of stains myself next time (and explaining what I likely did wrong to cause the stain to get worse). I was pretty sure the stain wouldn’t come out but I figured anything they could do to reduce the appearance was better than nothing. Amazingly, Ben managed to get the stain and any urine smell completely out! Also, the girl I spoke to on the phone when scheduling was so nice and helpful in answering my questions and managed to get me in very quickly as I was worried about the urine stain setting. Great experience all around and I will definitely use them again!

If I could give them 10 Stars, I would. The girl who helped me was so kind and professional. She looked over my rug, talked to me about it (she knows her rugs!). When my rug was ready, I couldn’t get in to pick it up. We were moving out of state, and were down to one car. My husband didn’t get home until after 6pm. She kindly brought it to me. I wanted to welcome my newborn to a clean home and was looking around for a carpet/rug cleaner. Was going to do it ourselves, but we figured to better leave it to the professionals. I contacted Pure Clean through Yelp and they’re very responsive and gave thorough explanation. Making appointments was easy.We had Conner as our technician and did an amazing job! We had rust stain that was in another room that we didn’t plan to clean and was just asking him on tips on what we should clean them with, but Conner went above and beyond to clean the rust stain and he explained that it doesn’t take a regular cleaning product to clean them. Thanks to Conner now our rugs are clean, fuzzy, and smells amazing. Definitely would recommend Pure Clean.

Mickey cleaned our entire two story house carpets. He was just amazing. Was completely professional, amazingly friendly and courteous. Tried his best to remove the urine stains our little rascal dog left. Lot of the spots unfortunately still remain and are noticeable, but it was mentioned on a trial run in a separate area previously that they may not really come out more than that, which I had already accepted. Would recommend a trial run on a smaller area before doing the whole house as I did so there are no surprises. Love the company and the extremely professional and really friendly staff. We had a great experience getting our carpets cleaned by Eric! We needed professional carpet cleaning at move-out per our landlord’s request, and we were afraid that little could be done for our carpets, which are old and in rough shape. Pure Clean is one of the most polite responsive caring companies I have ever run across. In today’s world of sub par customer service, they shine. Their presentation and answering of questions for what I needed was superb. They were polished and professional in their approach. They kept in touch every step of the way; their service included coming to MY HOME and picking up the carpet!! The area rug was old but wool import and originally a very pricey item. Over the years it had gotten dirty and especially the white fringe edges of one side were totally very dark dirt stained. They did an excellent job getting it out and making the fringe white again. Then the service guy (who was also very nice and polite and on time and texted me when he was getting close) delivered the carpet back to my house all clean. I mean who does this stuff these days? I am SO impressed. I cannot say enough about Pure Clean. I will use them again and again and would recommend them to anyone looking for the best service at a very reasonable price.

Mickey cleaned our carpets for the new owners of our home. He got them looking very nice and clean.We did have a few stains that wouldn’t budge, but our carpets are 23 years old,and he definitely gave it his best shot. You would never know they are that old. Connor did a fantastic job on my furniture. It looks brand spanking new and my whole house smells fabulous. My furniture is about 7 years old I’ve never had it cleaned before and I did not realize what a difference it would make. Even the cat is going bonkers. I’ve been using Pure Clean for my apartment’s carpets for about 10 years. When I moved in, I thought I had gray Berber carpet, but when they came the first time I was shocked that the carpet was actually a lovely cream and beige heather. I’ve since had them clean furniture and steam tile as well and I’ve never been disappointed. I just love how fresh and new everything looks afterwards. Wow! Pure clean is a great company! Jenny helped me book my appointment and was so nice. Then when it came time to clean the tech sent me a text message letting me know when he’d arrive and sent me a picture of himself. Something so simple, meant so much to me. Conner came right on time, spent a few minutes explaining the different levels of treatment and then when he noted we were eager to get started, cut the spiel and proceeded with his work. We had two spots that needed special treatment and worked extra to get the pet and drink stain out. This is hands down the most professional carpet cleaning company I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Their cleaning engines are the most powerful on the market, thus the dry time is much less than w/ their competition w/ less powerful cleaning engines. They take care in placing protective guards on wall corners so that the hoses/equipment won’t scratch up your walls. My tech was very professional, and did the best job cleaning up a pretty dirty carpet! I booked my appointment online, they gave me a reasonable time window of when they would be there, and they were on time! Dominic and his partner arrived respectfully with masks and shoe covers and examined everything they saw including using a black light flashlight to find pet stains and explained what they would need to do to remove a large pet stain area that had wicked up from a past cleaning. Theydid their work quickly and efficiently. My carpet looks and smells wonderful. Then to top it off, I forgot to give them my valpak coupon so I called the office to see if they could still honor it and they were more than happy to do that for me. I bought a carpeted house where the previous owner had a dog, and the entire place reeked of pet. My technician was considerate and honest about how difficult the stain would be to remove. He did a great job of setting expectations up front as we discussed the options. He started with lower cost methods and showed me the outcome. I felt zero pressure to try the final most expensive option. Even though this particular stain could not be completely removed, I have had great results with this company with carpet cleaning in general. I appreciate their ethics and would recommend and call them again.

A++ We had an exceptional experience with PureClean! We received a reminder e-mail prior to our appointment and the staff member arrived within the designated time frame indicated. He reviewed the cleaning job and explained details of the process. Before coming into our home, he put on shoe booties and was courteous while here. Within 1- 1/2 hours, our 3 rooms and a full stairway were sparkling clean. It took a bit longer for the carpet to dry (about a full day vs. 8 hours mentioned) but it was not problem for us. The price was good too. Would highly recommend!

Very happy with finished product. Donovan explained the different services they offer in an understandable and friendly way, our carpets were very dirty from several years of dust and cats and he made them look great for being 18 years old. Some old stains wouldn’t come out but some large ones did, which was huge for us. Not cheap, but they have to buy expensive equipment and hang onto people like Donovan, so understandable. Donovan was an excellent technician! He was meticulous in cleaning a very tough carpet stain and then cleaned the entire room and our closet. It looks fantastic! Also he cleaned and sealed the grout of our shower which has a natural stone floor. I have had a terrible time cleaning it myself. Donovan did an amazing job, it looks so fresh and clean. I also appreciated the protection of the corners and doorways so his equipment didn’t scratch the areas. He was very courteous and conscientious, PureClean is my go to company from now on. I have been with this company for years. Every six months they come out and clean my home. They do such an amazing job that I couldn’t even think to use another company. They are very professional and the company will send me a text before the technician arrives with his name and photo. They take extra care when they prepped my area to clean the carpets. They also give me a free bottle of stain remover that I can use in between my services. I’ve never had such clean carpets and the carpet dries really fast too! I get the healthy home package and sometimes I get rooms done and sometimes just the stairs and landings.

I asked my friends for a carpet cleaning recommendation, and several mentioned that they were very happy with Pure Clean. I live in Hawaii and have a rental in Washington, so communication and trust are very important. Pure Clean sent texts confirming my appointment and on the day of, texted a pic of the technician that would be arriving at my home. That’s definitely a nice service and gives the homeowner peace of mind. Sawyer did a thorough inspection and gave me a detailed description of each package. He also sent before and after pics of the targeted stains. I also like that their process uses no harsh chemicals, yet thoroughly does the job. My property manager said the carpet looks great! Sawyer was able to extract the dog hair, dander and odor left from former tenants. Overall I’m happy with the service and would definitely recommend Pure Clean.

Friendly technician and great service! The tile and grout was dingy and it looks like it’s almost new. I noticed one little spot that didn’t look like it got cleaned and the technician was super accommodating about cleaning that spot. He said he must have missed it and didn’t hesitate to take care of it! I would recommend them and definitely will be using their services again in the future!

FINALLY A GREAT CARPET CLEANING COMPANY IN SEATTLE!I have struggled with finding someone trust worthy and affordable to clean my grandma’s carpet.Someone actually answers when you call, which is rare these days. I perfer to talk to a human.They were able to get me in pretty quickly and was able to use my coupon hassle free.Mike came out (on time might I add) and explained everything to my grandma in a professional manner.He was able to take out stubborn stains that have been there for YEARS!My grandma loves her clean carpet. When we need our carpets cleaned again, Pure Clean is going to be our first and only call.

Mike Stinson arrived on time to clean my carpets. He was friendly and I felt confident after he explained the different plans for cleaning. I chose the Platinum plan, and I serioiusly have never seen my carpet look like new in 10 years and 3 other competitors. Mike explained all services and once he did this I decided to have my HVAC cleaned and I felt that paying for the warranty was worth the price. I would recommend this this to my anyone.

Pure clean was amazing. We had 5 year old carpets cleaned, all the brown spots where we walked regularly got completely cleaned. We also had coffee and incense stick stains on some places which got completely removed. Stairs were also cleaned to perfection, one stair at a time. Work ethic was amazing staying late to make sure all 2000 sqft carpet was cleaned, was just amazing. Carpets looks like new. Setting up appointment was also easy.

Pure Clean customer service from beginning to end was excellent. After the carpet dried there were a few spots that didn’t come out. They immediately addressed the issue and scheduled the same technician to come out to take care of it, no questions asked. He got the spots out in just few minutes and was on his way. This the second year that I’ve use Pure Clean and I very satisfied.

I am very impressed. The carpet looks like new. I am not joking. We have 3 kids and a small dog. We have had some steam cleaning and some chemdry over the years, but this is by far the best! Donovan was very personable and worked hard to make certain we were happy. He didn’t oversell, but was very honest and gave good advice. He even was able to get an ottoman that I thought was a goner to look incredible. I really believe in the quality of this company and system. I am impressed at the quality of the employees. We needed a ton of work and even the owner reached out and made sure we were happy with our service.

Great experience. Easy to schedule, liked all the text communication, including a photo of my tech. Scott arrived early, helped me move some things, and listened to my concerns. He offered me several cleaning packages and worked with me to get just what I needed. Scott was pleasant, friendly and a very hard worker. My 12 year old carpet looks great, and SO much better. Like the fact that they brought their own special water in their truck, and didn’t have to hook up to our water supply. Totally recommend this company AND Scotty!

Jon was awesome, and did a great job cleaning the carpet. He thoroughly explained all the options and was easy to talk to while cleaning the carpet. I also really appreciated the measurement tool they use to detect leftover pet residue in the carpet, it confirmed my suspicion of accidents left in the carpet. He removed those spots, and made sure to clean over the specific pet odor areas. Highly recommend!

Conner did an excellent job of cleaning my carpet just as he did on the last visit. He is very thorough, reaching under, around and behind furniture wherever possible, and working hard to get spots out. He says his goal is to remove 100% of them, and I’d say he hit at least 99%! Ricky provided excellent service for our carpet cleaning. He was very knowledgeable about types of stains and how he would be able to treat them. He also worked on more difficult areas more thoroughly.Since we were also interested in upholstery cleaning, he took a few extra minutes to explain the process and even offered to test the area of concern. The Pure Clean technician Eric, called to confirm the appointment and said he was running ahead of schedule and asked if he could come early. This worked out great. I was able to add tile and grout cleaning & sealing to the work order. We walked through the carpeted areas to be cleaned to determine what would be the best cleaning method for each location. I appreciated Eric not wanting to do the costliest cleaning procedure on everything. Only the high traffic areas that truly needed it. He worked efficiently and took precautions to protect wall corners from getting dinged and wore shoe covers to keep the floors clean as he had to go outside to the service truck several times. I appreciate Pure Clean using non-toxic cleaning solutions as I have a grandson that visits often and plays on the floors. I have used Pure Clean previously for carpet cleaning and will continue to do so in the future.

Can’t imagine that getting our carpets deep cleaned can be done much better and with less stress than by Jon of Pure Clean. Jon sent us a message that he was on his way, and he appeared as scheduled. He’s a very personable guy. Jon gave us estimates for three tiers of cleaning, and clearly explained what each tier entailed. Jon was careful to protect our floors and walls, and finished the job in the time he had estimated. We’ll certainly call on Jon when it’s time for our next carpet cleaning.

Andy was on time (even a little early, which was great) and was very personable and friendly. He explained all of my options concerning the number of rooms I had and the type of cleaning I needed. He was very clear about what I was getting for what price. I had some especially oily stains and he gave me options for that, too. And, when he set up to work, he was careful about covering my open front doorway to keep the heat in and the flies out. We agreed upon the total cost ahead of time (and the option for the extra oily spot cleaning, if the regular didn’t work). The whole process took about two hours, and I appreciate the care he took for my three rooms (one of which was a hallway/stairway). We did the walk through, and the results were amazing! I have used Pure Clean in the past, and will continue to use them!

I was so amazed at what a wonderful job Scotty did on my carpets today! I’ve had 3 different cleaners clean my carpets in the last 4 years and obviously, wasn’t really happy with any of them,….But now I’ve found THE ONE I’ll be happy to stick with in the coming years!. Two very professional, very respectful and personable gentlemen came by and cleaned my bathroom tile floors. It was quick and painless, and my tile looks beautiful. They covered their footwear with booties and spread clean moving blankets over the floors where they would be walking and using equipment. We had some area rugs taken out for cleaning as well. Mike was very knowledgeable about the services provided, and explained things in detail to me and gave many options as to what made the most financial sense for us. He wanted to make sure the cleaning cost wasn’t going to be equal or greater than what the rug itself cost, which I thoroughly appreciated. PureClean isn’t just out to make a buck, they really care about their customers and have passion for what they do. I have had incredible experiences with this company each and every time I’ve worked with them. And come to find out, they polish and seal shower tile/ glass, AND can seal my stone counter tops! Mike was awesome from start to finish. He called to ask if he could come over. Was very thorough! He told me flat out steam cleaning my love seat would yellow it. Took time to examine my chaise and determined, as I thought, it was most likely suede and steam cleaning most likely wouldn’t work on stains I had. Gave me a cleanser to try @ my own risk, on the house. Took my area rug in to be cleaned just now and assured me they could be removed. They were stains from the apt hired co employee. He had not changed water so stains from carpet were transferred to area rug. Encouraged me to take pic, which I did, so I can get my money back from this other co.
