Forrest was great! We did a walk thru and he listened to what I wanted to accomplish. I felt like he directed me to what would be best for what I was trying to accomplish. Honestly I didn't believe him when he said the carpet should be dry in about 6 hours. When he finished and I did the walk through, I was amazed at how dry the upstairs felt. I felt listened to and believe I got a good deal for what I wanted and would definitely use Pure Clean again!
