I used Pure Clean to clean all the carpets in our house to get it ready to sell. They did a great job of communicating when the job would start and when the technician would be there. Forrest was great! We did a walk thru and he listened to what I wanted to accomplish. I felt like he directed me to what would be best for what I was trying to accomplish. Honestly I didn't believe him when he said the carpet should be dry in about 6 hours. When he finished and I did the walk through, I was amazed at how dry the upstairs felt. I felt listened to and believe I got a good deal for what I wanted and would definitely use Pure Clean again!

He was very personable, walked through everything with me, gave me options and did spectacular work! Brock with Pure Clean was amazing & our carpets turned out great! We had him clean our slate entry too & were absolutely shocked at how colorful & beautiful the stones in the floor actually looked afterwards. Highly recommend at least twice yearly carpet cleans, especially if you have dogs.
